Biography of Alex Yermolinsky

Alex Yermolinsky (b. April 11, 1958) is a United States chess Grandmaster. In 1993, Alex won the U.S. Chess Championship, a title he shared with Alexander Shabalov. In 1996 he was the sole champion of the United States.
