Biography of Paulina Gretzky

Paulina Mary Jean Gretzky was born on December 19, 1988 in Los Angeles, California, is an American model and pop singer. She is the eldest of Wayne Gretzky and Janet Jones’s five children, the niece of Keith Gretzky and Brent Gretzky, and the granddaughter of Walter Gretzky.

Paulina was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center four months after Wayne was traded to the Los Angeles Kings, and five months after he and Janet were married in a lavish ceremony in Edmonton which was broadcast live throughout Canada.

She decided to not go to college in order to pursue a career in entertainment. She performed in public for the first time at the 2003 Heritage Classic with “I Will Remember You”. Ron MacLean reported that Gretzky sent a tape of the performance to the producer of the event. Her song “Collecting Dust” was on MTV’s Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County. It has since been released on iTunes. She made her modelling debut on the August 2005 cover of Flare.
